Apply to be a coach

The Sheffield Microsystem Coaching Academy (MCA) are inviting applications for microsystem improvement coaches.  We are about to begin the selection process for the next cohort of coaches for the Academy.  The cohort will comprise of approx 25 staff from the NHS within Sheffied Teaching Hospitals, Sheffield Childrens and Sheffield Health and Social Care Trust. There are also places for NHS staff outside of the Sheffield area.

The overall aim of the Sheffield MCA is to improve quality, safety and value within the Sheffield healthcare system through coaching interdisciplinary professional groups to be able to provide exceptional care and continuously improve what they do.

There are pre-paid places for STH staff and there is an 'at cost' charge to all other potential coaches. If you are interested in applying to become a coach on Cohort 10 (9 is now full) then please complete the application form APPLY NOWIf we feel you are a suitable candidate we will contact your line manager for their support of your application
